Summer Season 2025 - we are hiring!

Recruiting our Summer work team

LOVE CASTLE FARM? LOVE LAVENDER?

Come and join our summer team.

Each year we have a busy, seasonal crew join us to help meet, greet and serve all the visitors who flock to the farm to enjoy the sight and smell of our lavender. If you’re enthusiastic, energetic and would like to learn how to cut lavender in the fields, put up marquees and signs, be a barista in the Coffee Cart, pack and arrange dried flowers, direct new visitors, organise the car parking and answer lots and lots of questions, come and be part of Castle Farm!

The work here is highly varied and includes customer facing roles to Packhouse tasks, car park management and field work. Ideally candidates of age 17+ only please.

In April we will be doing the first round of interviews ready for starting work in June. If you’re interested in applying, please follow the instructions below.

The Lavender season lasts throughout July and into August when we start harvesting fresh hop bines. In September we still need some help with dried hops and PYO apples and finally pumpkins in October. Availability in July (and for at least one day at weekends) is essential.

We look forward to meeting you.

How to apply

Please send us your CV along with a completed Seasonal Work Application Form through to Hazel at hazel@castlefarmkent.co.uk with the subject line "Your Name - Seasonal Job Application".
