This year on Castle Farm in Kent, we have planted a lovely Sunflower patch at the side of one of our harvested Lavender Fields... and the best thing is - you can now plan to come and Pick Your Own Sunflowers!
For centuries this glorious golden bloom has symbolised happiness and positivity - so bring the kids (kids entry is free!) and get some lovely summer sunshine photos over the next two weeks. See all the details below;

PICK YOUR OWN SUNFLOWERS
Once you have paid for entry into the field, if you wish to take home some of these lovely stems, fresh from the field, you can choose to pick your own. You can borrow a pair of secateurs (adults only) with a £5 deposit, and sunflowers are then available for £1 per stem (pay as you exit the field).
If you wish to buy ready picked stems - these will be available from the shop for £2/stem.
We hope you can join us for this inaugural event - if everyone loves the Sunflower patch... then we may look at planting a much bigger field next year!
