Fresh Hop Bines from Castle Farm are used for decorating marquees, barns, churches and homes. They are versatile, cost-effective and beautifully coloured!
All our Hop Bines (also known as hop vines or hop garlands) are grown specifically for decoration – we cultivate them at extra wide spacing to promote the growth of flowers along the length of the Hop Bine. The bines are cut to 2.5-3m (8-10ft) length and there are naturally more hops at one end of the bines. Once arranged in position – somewhere dry with good air-circulation – they will air-dry naturally – the flowers will open, and the leaves will curl, they will keep their colour and shape all year round.
The season for fresh hop bines is very short – only from mid-August to early-September – so be quick!
Although most deliveries will take place 24 hours after despatch, we cannot guarantee this. If required for a specific event customers should allow 48 hours in case of any courier delays.
We despatch on a 24hr service via DHL, your tracking details will automatically be emailed with your despatch notification
We despatch on a Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday only (excluding bank holiday Monday, 25th August ). If you wish to have your Hop Bines delivered on a Friday or Saturday please telephone in office hours to discuss. There are no deliveries on Sundays or Mondays.
We cannot take orders of fresh hops to be despatched outside of Mainland UK (including Isle of Wight & Highlands). For these areas please email us regarding ordering a Dried Hop Bine instead.
Due to the nature of the product and the dampness in the hop, it is not unusual for the boxes to look squashed on delivery. This does not effect the quality of the hops.
Fresh Hops MUST be taken out of the box immediately after delivery and ideally hung in their final destination within 24hrs.

Please select your required delivery date or select 'No Date Preference' - in this instance we will despatch your order at the earliest opportunity (after 11th August '25) . We will contact you ASAP if there are any problems.
