Our ever-popular Lavender Honey has a high lavender nectar content which gives it a distinct floral character. We have a number of bee hives across our beautiful lavender fields at Castle Farm, the bees buzz happily throughout the flowers all season, then the honey collected for us by our friendly local bee-keeper.
