• Please ensure your clients know which field/ farm location you have booked, so when they arrive at the farm they can be directed accordingly. 
• Well behaved dogs are welcome at these sessions.  If you wish to bring any other animals (including horses) please contact us directly to discuss your needs before booking. 
• Amendments: Bookings can be amended up to 48 hours in advance of your session.  Please click the reschedule link on your confirmation email to check availability and make changes.  No amendments can be made within 48 hours of your booking.  
• Refund Policy. The booking is fully refundable by agreement with the farm if the session needs to be cancelled on the day, due to bad weather and if an alternative date is not available. If the booking is cancelled by the photographer prior to 7 days before the event, a refund will be given minus a £10 cancellation fee per hourly session. No refunds will be given within 7 days of the sessions booked.
