Extracted from the Lavender flowers which have been grown and distilled at Castle Farm in Kent, this unique Culinary Lavender Essence is designed for use in food. It combines with the ingredients in your recipe to give an even distribution of flavour and the true taste of Lavender.
Bottled in the same environment as WHEAT, BARLEY and OATS.
Recommended usage: 0.25% by weight.
Note: Chocolate-making is the only process for which we recommend you use the pure oil rather than the essence. Kentish Lavandin Oil and Kentish Rosemary Oil are excellent for flavouring dark chocolate.
