Sugar, Butter, Condensed Milk (Whole Milk, Sucrose), Golden Syrup, Glucose Syrup, Handmade Caramel (Glucose, Sugar, Water), Salt, Lavender Oil (0.1%)

Please note - Our lavender fudge is usually crumbly in texture, however, over the summer months our small producer needs to increase the boiling temperatures so the fudge can withstand the summer heat & humidity. This can result in a firmer texture, but does not affect the taste or quality!
